David Ward was Jesus to me and my family. He reproduced Jesus. Starting with his wife Joanne, his children, Danielle, Karisa, Caleb and Nicole and then with all the people he has touched, that's because a life well lived has much influence. In the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years. We reproduce who we are, so lets look like Jesus.
We are going to miss you Dave, but will see you again soon!

ReplyDeleteI have to say, I took the time to watch this again - because it's so powerful and Dave was so powerful. I still miss him - it's seems, to quote an old song, often "the good die young." Dave was such an awesome person and follower of Jesus. Looking at his life, we yet learn so much about priorities and attitude. Perhaps God knew Dave's work on earth was finished, except to leave such a testimony for us to ponder. Thanks Rick for this gift you gave us to remember him.
